- Downloaded
no refund, return, or cancellation will be provided.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered.
3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Payment
If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
✅ Payment Success but No Access
If payment is successful but:
- Product access is not provided
- Download link does not work
- Content is not delivered due to technical failure
✅ Unauthorized Transaction
If a payment is proven to be unauthorized and verified after internal review.
All refund requests are subject to verification.
4. Free Downloads & Zero-Value Orders
- Free products may still require checkout or email submission.
- No monetary refund applies to free downloads.
- Access may be revoked if misuse, abuse, or violation of terms is detected.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (only for eligible cases), users must:

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be considered.

- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method used through Razorpay
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on bank and payment gateway timelines
7. Cancellations
- Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed
- Subscription or recurring services (if introduced in future) will have separate cancellation terms
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact us before raising a chargeback
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent access restriction
